

The philosophy behind Napa Wine Bar and Eatery is a simple one.
Owner Heidi Handel wants a comfortable, relaxing and inviting place where her customers can eat excellent food and have it affordable enough that they can dine 2 or 3 times a week.
Chef Tom Lee brings his 19 years of culinary experience to Napa. A 1997 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, "Tommy" has done stints behind the stove at such notable local eateries as The Wheatliegh Hotel, Bistro Zinc, and most recently as Chef de Cuisine from 2002 - 2006 at Verdura in Great Barrington, MA.
